Named after the Publicis Groupe founder, Marcel Bleustein-Blanchet, Marcel is the new AI platform that connects the entire Publicis Groupe.

It leverages diverse talent within the Groupe to unleash the exponential creativity of 80000 employees in 1200 agencies serving 4000 clients.

Humanizing the experience.

 

To help drive adoption and encourage frequent use, our approach was to build a persona, rather than treat Marcel like just another product.

Marcel’s personality is playful, helpful, and appropriate for a global audience.

 
 

Effortless engagement.

 

As we collaborated with the Microsoft design team and leveraged their Fluent design principles, we made invoking and interacting with Marcel as easy and intuitive as having a conversation.

 
 

Accessible design.

 

To help orient the viewer we created a high impact and accessible design system that prioritizes actionable content while keeping an intuitive overview of the conversation.

 
 

Built to scale.
