As Chief Creative/Design Officer at Symphony Talent I led a multidisciplinary group responsible for the UX, Design and Research of all SaaS products including the flagship product called SmashFlyX. It was the industry’s most customer centric, scalable and differentiated talent marketing platform which generated over $60MM ARR in 2022.

We created an end-to-end experience that is driven by the needs of our customers and continuously optimized the product experience through iterative design research, data and feedback.

We created a brand people love and a design language built for efficiency. We implemented a scalable enterprise component library for richer prototypes and design consistency, which accelerated time-to-market by ~30%.

Ultimately we launched a product that industry analysts praised as the best experience in the industry.

 
 

Designing a CRM that removes unconscious biases from the hiring process.

 

Ditching the traditional photo in the candidate profile page in favour of a dynamic avatar. The avatar is a data driven visualization metric that tracks the candidate activity and engagement across applicant tracking systems. The avatar changes color and face expression to signal interest and the likelihood to become a hire.

 

 

 

Designing a CRM with accessibility in mind.

 

The interface focuses on simplicity, high-contrast and bold typography for enhanced visibility, accessibility and reduced cognitive load.
